(5) The pressing height is determined by the height of the upper mold and the height of the lower mold. The higher the height of the upper mold, the greater the pressure; the higher the height of the lower mold, the smaller the pressure.

a. The tablet pressing mold should cooperate with the tablet pressing roller and the upper die frame to ensure the smooth progress of tablet pressing.
b. The upper and lower mold frames of the tableting mold must be closely matched to prevent the gap between the tableting mold and the tableting roller from being too large or too small during tableting.
c. The upper and lower mold bases should be cleaned before tableting.
d. The lower mold and the upper mold base must be on the same level during operation.
e. After the tablet pressing mold is installed, the gap between the upper and lower mold bases should be adjusted to an appropriate position.
(8) Matters needing attention:
a. Before use, check whether the tablet compression mold is intact or not.
