3. Heating system: mainly composed of heating elements and heating system. Heating elements are used to heat raw rubber and rubber to a certain temperature to facilitate vulcanization. The heating element is divided into two types: resistance type and electric heating type, and the electric heating type is divided into two parts, the heater coil. The heat generated by the electric heating type during the rubber mixing process makes the raw rubber and rubber in a thermally stable state, thereby promoting the vulcanization process.

4. Transmission mechanism: The two-roll rolling mill is connected to the transmission mechanism through a transmission shaft, and a bearing is installed on the transmission shaft, which drives the mill to run.
Generally, there are several forms such as screw drive mechanism, coupling, screw shaft and coupling.

5. The cooling system of the two-roll mill is a measure used to prevent the raw rubber from overheating in the mill and cause material expansion or scorching. Commonly used cooling methods include cooling water spray and air cooling.
