Operation process of internal mixer

Internal mixer is a multi-functional equipment, which is composed of electric motor, electrical control system, hydraulic system and sealing system. When the internal mixer is working, the temperature, pressure and speed can be controlled throughout the operation process.
Check whether the power is connected and whether all parts of the machine are normal;
Turn the power switch of the internal mixer to the "on" position;
Turn on the control switch of the internal mixer, check the working conditions of each part, and after confirming that everything is normal, turn on the power switch and adjust the tightness and speed of the internal mixer;
Open the discharge door of the internal mixer, press the start button of the internal mixer to open the discharge door to the maximum position (see Figure 2), and start production after the machine beeps.
Pay attention to observe the production situation during production, and stop the machine in time if any abnormal situation is found.
Always check the quality and quantity of rubber during the production process;
To strictly abide by the operating procedures.
Turn the power switch of the internal mixer to the "on" position;

Sealing system: During internal mixing, the rubber in the sealing ring must be squeezed out and the gap is filled before the internal mixer can be started. Different sealing methods can be adopted according to different mixing materials and process conditions;
Hydraulic system: During internal mixing, the pressure of the hydraulic system must be adjusted to a certain value (such as 8~10 kg/cm2) before starting the internal mixer;
Electrical control system: Generally, the main power supply of the electrical control system must be turned on before the internal mixer can be started;
Other systems: such as air compressors, cooling water towers, fans, electric heating, etc. can be flexibly selected according to specific conditions.
