1.According to the needs, adjust the mixing volume of the open mixer to ensure that the rubber material can pass through the open mixer smoothly
2.Adjust the pressure of the mill as needed to ensure the quality of the vulcanized rubber
3.Check the temperature and pressure of each part on the mill according to regulations to prevent accidents caused by high temperature or overpressure.
4.Before it is put into use, the vent valve should be opened first, so as not to affect the performance.
5.Check the mixer and equipment frequently for abnormalities.
6.Clean the mixer regularly.
7.Strictly abide by the safety operation rules and relevant safety operation regulations.
8.Regularly check whether the lubricating oil, cooling water, compressed air, cooling water pipes, etc. of each part are normal, and whether there is oil leakage or water leakage.
