Specification
1、Screw material：It is made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
2、Barrel material：45# carbon structural steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
3、Heating zone：Heater in 3-zone of barrel, heater in 2-zone of head, covered with safety hood.
