Single screw extruder
1.Output：According to the raw material formulation process
2.Screw/Barrel material ：It is made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
3.Heating zone：Mica heater in 3 areas of charging barrel, heater in 2 areas of handpiece. Each areas has a copper cooling fin covered with stainless steel security wind shield.
4.Cooling zone：Three groups of multi-wing blowing fans force cooling ,quietly and strongly.
5.Reduction gearbox：High speed heavy hard teeth surface gear transmission, gear reduction and torque distribution box is integration structure, internal transmission parts adopt imported bearing and oil seal, oil splash lubrication.
6.Drive motor：Precision heavy geared motor, constant torque power output control.
7.Control system：PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, extrusion process can be displayed and monitored dynamically,Including temperature control, driving, pressure, interlocking spreading function.
Profile mould

2、Die-head material：38 CrMoAl chromium molybdenum alloy head, nitriding hardness HRC60.
Vacuum system cooling platform
1、Vacuum pump：jet cone vacuum sets.

3、Sealing device：vacuum section, full toughened glass airtight.
