Three layer coextrusion film blowing machine PLC program controlled type
Blown film extrusion is at a certain temperature, under a certain shear stress to the plastic melt through the die to be a continuous extrusion, blown by the compressed air expansion, air ring cooling and frequency pulling obtained two-fold plastic film process. The machine is mainly used to test the feasibility of polymer blown film and the condition of gelatin, and the colored dispersion, control of the mixture, the dispersion of the extruder.

Single Screw Extruder - 3 sets
1.Screw material：It is made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
2.Barrel material：It is made of 45# carbon structural steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
3.Heating zone：Mica heaters in 3 areas of charging barrel and in 2 areas of handpiece. Each area has a copper cooling fin covered with security wind shield.
4.Cooling zone：Three groups of multi-wing fans to cool air quietly and strongly.
5.Quick change chuck：C-type snap ring coupling for fast and easy connection to the downstream equipment.
6.Electronic control system：PLC programmable color touch screen, 10-inch screen human-machine interface operating system, dynamic display and monitoring of extrusion process, including temperature control, drive, pressure, interlocking control functions.
