6、Barrel：5 sections of cylinder adopt 45# nitride steel forgings, Lined with a301 wear-resistant alloy, hardness is HRC60, through tempering and superfine grinding and other processes, the surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm,  wear-resisting and corrosion resistance.
7、Heating zone：5 cast aluminum heaters fixed at  barrel,1 heater at handpiece,  each section with 1kw heating power,  security wind cowl overlied outside.
8、Cooling zone：Cylinder segment using soft water circulation cooling system,  each segments of cooling water flow rate is adjustable,  equipped with self-priming pump, 304 stainless steel water storage tank , water pipe and the electromagnetic valve component,etc.  Can apply independent temperature control at each segments of cylinder.

9、Vacuum zone：Water circulation vacuum degassing device, equipped  with water ring vacuum pumps,vacuum gauge,  regulating valve components, forming non-clog exhaust system.
10、Feeding device：Double screw feeding mode is adopted, feeding speed is 0-50rpm, frequency conversion is adjustable. The feeder is connected with the main machine in a sliding way, which is convenient for cleaning the screw.
11、Die-head pressure：Handpiece working pressure is 15 mpa, high presicion  temperature and pressure sensors monitor the nose  melt temperature and pressure variation, interlock  control host operation, with the overpressure protection function.
12、Granulation die head：Cr12 chrome-molybdenum alloy head, nitriding hardness HRC60
13、Reduction gearbox：High speed heavy hard teeth surface gear transmission,  gear reduction and torque distribution box is integration structure, internal transmission parts adopt imported bearing and oil seal,  oil splash lubrication.
14、Drive motor：Precision heavy geared motor, constant torque power output control.

15、Main frame：Overall frame adopts steel welding, firm structure ,out of shape not easily,  at the bottom of the rack configured with mobile brake casters,  convenient to install and move.
16、Safeguard：Safeguard functions include: the melt pressure and host interlock,  overpressure alarm protection; Melt temperature and host interlocking,  to start the outage protection; Feeding with the host interlocking,  carries on the protection of the startup sequence.
17、Electronic control system：PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, extrusion process can be displayed and monitored dynamically,Including temperature control, driving, pressure, interlocking spreading function.
