Single screw extruder
1.Output：According to the raw material formulation process
2.Screw material：It is made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
3.Barrel material：It is made of 45# carbon structural steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
4.Hopper：304 stainless steel material, feeding port is equipped with slide rail quick discharging device.
5.Heating zone：Heater in 3 areas of charging barrel, heater in 1 area of handpiece. Each area is covered with security wind shield.
6.Cooling zone：3 groups of multi-wing blowing fans force cooling ,quietly and strongly, covered with safety net cover.
7.Melt pressure：Dynisco high precision temperature and pressure sensor to monitor head pressure changes.
8.Melt temperature：Dynisco high precision temperature sensor to monitor melt temperature changes.
9.Electric control system：PID/LED/RKC intelligent digital display temperature controller, high precision digital instrument shows all of the extrusion parameters, including temperature control, driving, pressure, interlocking spreading function.
